1. Take it one step at a time
Start by paying attention to what you eat. Reduce fat and sweets and add more fruit and vegetables. After control, add exercise. If you do not like exercise try it for only 15 minutes a day at first, then a 1/2-hour. Note that if you exercise you burn calories and not eating. In addition, it is easier if you choose an activity that you like.
2. Find a friend
Always good to have support when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend who wants to lose weight and compare notes, weigh-in together and maybe even a contest.
3. Use weights
The development of weight will build muscle and increase your metabolism, so you burn more calories. In addition, muscle takes up less space than fat so it will be smaller (but probably weigh more).
4. Eat fewer carbs
Do not eat bread and pasta, and you will see the difference.
5. Set a goal
Set a deadline to lose weight and write. For example, "the CME 14/04 I will weigh 150 pounds or less. Put it somewhere you will see everyday.
6. Give up soda
If you drink a soda or 2 a day you are adding empty calories. If you find it difficult to stop completely, cut first and drink water instead.

Avoid meat, grill and use lots of fried spices. You get used to it and probably enjoy it more.

Drink water when you're hungry and you get that feeling "full."
